CS Cavity Sliders is New Zealand’s largest and best range of cavity sliders, including specialty units for specific applications. These can be ordered with a choice of Detail Options for a unique architectural finish. Our cavity sliders are available in standard sizes and made to order custom sizes. The CS SmokeControl unit is supplied as a complete system, including jamb seals, door leaf and self-closing device. CS SmokeControl units require a higher than standard trim height to accommodate the electro magnet and self–closing devices.

CS SmokeControl is available in two versions:
EVERYDAY Self-Closing or EMERGENCY Self-Closing SmokeControl Door.

In EVERYDAY mode, the doors are either manually or electrically opened and then close automatically. The opening/closing device can be either Hydraulic or Electronic.
In EMERGENCY mode, the doors are held in an open position. If a fire alarm is activated, the doors are then released and fully close. The self-closing device for these units can be either hydraulic or electronic.

NB: Units provide a barrier to cold smoke only - no fire rating is achieved

Patented cavity frame is fully tested and guaranteed. It is engineered from high quality heavy duty extruded aluminium.
Door and carriages can be removed without removing wall linings.
Available as Single or Bi-Parting (double) units.

Door cannot jump off the track.
Fits into a standard thickness wall (90mm framing).
Electronic/Hydraulic motor and electro–magnet are both housed in the same position above the track allowing easy access for maintenance/servicing.
No visible floor guides.
